General Connectivity Problems

Check Tunnel Health:

1. Check BGP Status  on your router - 

   1. Is the announcement active?  

   2. What neighbors do you see?  

   3. Is the Path side of the tunnel in your neighbors table?

2. If the tunnel is down, check tunnel status -

   1. Ping internal Path side of the tunnel

   2. If no response, ping Path public GRE endpoint sourcing from your public endpoint.

   1. 3. Check your MTU, over a GRE tunnel it should be 1436

      4. Gather an MTR and provide support with results. Please copy and paste the output, as screen shots are very difficult to work with.

Troubleshooting a network prefix not routing through Path:

1. Check that you're announcing the prefix to a path

2. Check proper route objects exist
